Paying homage to the brand’s longstanding maritime legacy, the Seamaster Planet Ocean is a diving watch of great finesse. Possessing style and function, the Seamaster has been the prefered choice of James Bond, 007, since 1995.
The Planet Ocean collection, which was originally launched in 2005, is part of a watch generation powered by anti-magnetic movements. Internally, the timepiece houses an ultra-precise calibre 8900 movement, which can be viewed through the transparent caseback.
The design of the watch itself is classic and sleek, sporting an ocean blue colour on the dial and a complementary steel bracelet. Contrasting orange features are also visible, and the dial is protected by scratch-resistant, sapphire crystal. The unidirectional rotating bezel has a Liquidmetal divers scale, and a date window sits at 6 o’clock.
The Seamaster Planet Ocean is water resistant to a highly respectable 600 metres, making it a wonderful accompaniment for maritime exploration. Mimicking the natural qualities of the sea, the Planet Ocean is both graceful and powerful.Show More
There are usually three standard size measurements; UK, US and European. You can find a conversion chart across all three measurements in our full guide.
The average size for a ladies bracelet is 20cm. Children's bracelets are usually 16cm. If the plan is to add charms then the bracelet should probably be one size up on your normal.
