We offer Burrells returns within 30 days of purchase.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

PACKING

Please return the item with the original paperwork, filling in the boxes with your reason for return using the return codes below.

If you no longer have the original paperwork then please use a piece of paper with the order number and the reason for return using the return codes below.

Your order number can be found in your order email, or if you have an account, your order history.

1 = Unwanted Item
2 = Arrived too Late
3 = Damaged or Faulty
4 = Incorrect Order

It is your responsibility to make sure your order arrives with us safely.

Take the package to the counter of your nearest Post Office.

You must purchase the relevant level of postal insurance for the value of the item you are returning.

**You will need to get the issued proof of postage slip, this must be retained until the package reaches us and the package has been processed.

You can find your nearest location from over 11,500.

REFUND

Upon receipt by us, any product refund will be processed within three working days.
Please note funds may take up to ten days to show in your account and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Postage will not be refunded in any other case.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for what you would like and then return the items you no longer require for refund.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase bought online, you can return Burrells items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Your return must include your receipt and reasons for return. Your return can only be accepted in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original packaging, accessories, warranties, guarantees, labelling and any manuals which may have been included with the order.

Please note: Any special orders (i.e. products that are not normally stocked by the Company), may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
Once your returned purchase has been reviewed and its condition approved, we will process your refund for you, usually within three working days of receipt. Please be aware that it could take up to five days for the money to reach your account.

* You have 30 days from receipt of delivery to return an item. Receipt of delivery includes first attempts of delivery by the Royal Mail.

What if my product is received damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect then please contact the customer care team on 01892 618618. You can return an item to us for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What if my product has a fault outside the 30 day returns policy?

If your product develops a fault outside the 30 day returns policy then please return the item to us at Burrells, Brintons House, Exchange Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1BT. Your item will be assessed and then repair or replacement will be arranged. If the item is assessed as accidental damage or wear and tear, we will forward to the manufacturer for the item to be repaired; in this instance, the Customer Care team will contact you as soon as we have an estimate for charges for you to approve and pay or to have the item returned undone. Please note we cannot make any concrete promises to exchange or refund an item until we have seen and assessed the item..
