We offer click and collect for the stock at both our locations.

Collection is currently only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 2pm.

    Please do not start your journey until you have received an email confirming your order is ready for collection.

    How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

    After your confirmation email you will receive another email once your order is ready for collection. You will then get another email once your order has been collected.

    When will my order be ready to collect?

    Click and collect orders are usually ready within 4 hours, during shop opening hours, but are often ready sooner.

    What should I bring with me when I collect my order?

    A print out of the order confirmation, or displayed on a mobile, will be required as well as the following ID based on payment method.

    Debit/Credit Card
    The card you used to make the purchase.

    Paypal, Klarna or other payment method
    A photo ID, such as Driving Licence or Passport with the name matching the name on the Billing details of the order.

    What if I want to cancel my click and collect order?

    To cancel an order you can Login to your account, click the View Order link in your email or contact us directly. We will then cancel the order and process a refund for you.

    How does the process work?

    1. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
    2. Your order will be picked and carefully packaged ready for collection.
    3. You will receive another email to confirm that your order is ready to be collected from your chosen location.
    4. Once your order has been collected you will receive a final collection confirmation email.

    Can I pick up Burrells items from either stores?

    Yes, we can transfer some items to other Burrells stores if you'd like. Please just contact us to arrange a transfer.
