With a rich history dating back to 1865, Zenith have created many timepieces that have become iconic in Swiss watchmaking. One of the outstanding achievements was the invention of the first integrated automatic chronograph movement; the Zenith Chronomaster. Still the most precise series-made calibre to this day.
The Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Full Open has the originally designed, 1969 case, sized at a modernised 38mm and crafted from polished and brushed stainless-steel.
The new open dial, reveals the legendary beating heart of the El Primero movement, Silicon escape-wheel and lever. Three integrated sub dials are present on the dial with a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and a small seconds counter at 9 o'clock. A handy date indication can also be found at 4:30.
A single chronograph hand with a red tip is positioned centrally while the hour and minute hands are coated with SuperLuminova, as are the index hour markers.
Finally, the Zentih Chronomaster El Primero Full Open is adorned by the lustrous stainless steel bracelet for a seamless, professional finish.
